I don't think if they are removed from the coaching staff they are also gonna lose their teaching job.
can you petition for the removal of players? They can still be students, since they are the ones who actually play.
Ok, so you're going to keep someone as a teacher, after they are 'removed' as a coach.
First off, when did Pound get so rich since obviously they are going to be a)recruiting someone for the purpose of coaching b)risk having someone with more teaching experience apply for an available job, if there is an available job even c)managing to all but get rid of all the coaches, which means even more teachers having to be hired, since there is some regulations about non-employees in coaching positions
